Set in 1998, this origin story explores the secrets of the mysterious Spencer Mansion and the ill-fated Raccoon City. Action,Horror,Sci-Fi This plays and feels like a weak syfy movie.. boring, ugly, bad dialogues. Closer to rhe game, i guess, but yikes. The milla movies at least were entertaining nonsense. Here..nothing happens.
